Federal Polytechnic Ado scam students for 8.6 Million Naira

Not more than 40 students of Federal Polytechnic Ado, Osogbo study center were defrauded of 8.640,000  naira.

The students who protested peacefully at the office of Osun Defender Newspaper stated that they've been given admission into the institution since 2013 and graduated in 2017 but from the till now they've not been given results.

While speaking with the Osun Defender, the representative of the students explained that the school did not give them any identity card nor school receipt.
"We've had  several meetings with them and it did not yeild positively that's why we've come to Osun Defender to publish their names out. How can we run school for 4 years without giving us school receipt,  no school ID card.

"We forced them to matriculate us in 2015, later on we went on strike for about a year, no lecturer to teach us no one to attend to us not even the admin.
"We took their case to the Main Campus at Ado Ekiti where we met Student Affairs Dean and he promised us that things will be sorted out but till now it has not been well.
"The worst part of it now is that the center has been closed as we see no one again, not even Professor Famurewa who founded the center. All of them ran away immediately we finished our last paper"

All our efforts to get in touch with Professor Famurewa failed, as we're still interrogating more people on this story.
